Jeff Vastola Legal Tip: Florida’s Uninsured Motorist (UM) Coverage

Don’t be a victim! The ONLY way to ensure a financial recovery from a motor vehicle accident caused by another person is to properly insure yourself with Uninsured Motorist (UM) coverage. Statistically, the chances are very good that another driver that hits your car and causes you injury will be uninsured (or underinsured). The only way you can protect yourself from that other driver is to carry UM coverage on your automobile policy. Check your policy today to make sure you have it, and make sure you have as much as you can afford. It does not cost that much to increase coverage from $10,000 to $100,000, but that $90,000 difference will make a world of difference if you need it.

If you do not have UM coverage on your automobile insurance policy, or if you have any questions at all about this issue, please call me at 833-VASTOLA. That toll-free number is forwarded to my cell phone and I will take your call if I can. If you reach my voicemail, leave a message and I will call you back. I can help you to get the proper coverage and I will most certainly answer all of your questions. I am attorney Jeff Vastola and I am here to serve you.
